Angus Foodbank has opened a base in Montrose at Melville South Church available for donations on Mondays (1-3pm) and Fridays (10-12noon). Volunteers are required. Please speak to Steph Clark if interested. NB A list of foods is available at the back of the church

Mid-week worship this week is as normal. Everyone is welcome.

 

Quiz Night will be held on Friday 30th January in Hillside Village Hall at 7.30 pm Teams of 4. £5 per person. (including sandwich supper and nibbles ) Bring own 

 

drinks. Tickets are available at church. 

 

Week of Prayer for Christian Unity.  Short services will be held each day at 12.45 at Montrose Steeple from Monday 19th to Saturday 24th of January.  As Dun and Hillside are responsible for the service taking place on Tuesday 20th, could anyone interested in participating please contact Fiona?

 

Seminar on Conducting a Funeral Service. On Sunday 18th of January and Sunday 1st of February from 2-4pm at Carnoustie Panbride Church, this seminar will be available for those who are interested in developing the skills to lead funeral services.  If you are interested in participating, please speak to Fiona in the first instance.

 

Pastoral cover.  Fiona will be away from the parish from Friday 23rd of January to Monday 26th of January inclusive.  Details of pastoral cover and pulpit supply will be confirmed next week.
